The pitch, the panel,
and the paperwork.

Clubzone holds your club’s bookings, teams, fixtures, training and player development in one place, so that nobody double-books the main pitch and nobody loses the panel list again.

Tell us about your club and we will set it up with you.

U14 Hurling

Senior Football, 18:30

Turned down — the pitch is already fully booked at that time.

Most clubs run on a group chat and a spreadsheet

Two teams turn up for the same pitch on the same Tuesday.
Bookings, training and fixtures share one calendar, and the second claim on a slot is refused as it is made.
The panel list exists in four places and none of them agree.
One roster per team, with players imported in bulk and carried forward at the turn of the season.
Whatever the under-12 mentor knew leaves with them.
Skill ratings and attendance stay with the club, so the next coach starts where the last one finished.

Pitches and facilities

Nobody double-books the main pitch again

Every booking, training session and fixture shares one calendar. When two of them want the same pitch at the same time, Clubzone blocks the second one rather than letting it through and hoping somebody notices.

  • Book a whole pitch or a quarter, half or three quarters of one
  • Month and week views, with a filter per pitch
  • Drag a fixture to a new slot and the clash check runs again
  • Every move is recorded, with the name of whoever made it

Whoever is keeping score does not need an account

Send a link. It opens straight onto the scoring screen, on any phone, with no login and no app install. Scores, cards and substitutions land in the club record as they are tapped in.

  • Full and simplified scoring screens, depending on who is on the line
  • Tap the pitch to log an action and build a heat map of the game
  • Scoring types and event types are set per sport

Player development

A record of how each player is coming along

Your club decides which skills matter at each age group. Coaches rate players against them, and the history is kept, so an under-14 mentor can see what the under-12 mentor saw.

  • Club-defined skills, tied to age groups
  • A drills library, with videos and notes attached to each skill
  • Ratings from 0 to 100, with every previous rating kept
  • A printable checker for the days you would rather use paper

Training and attendance

Who turned up, and what you did with them

Build a session out of drills from the club library, then take the roll on your phone at the gate. Attendance history answers the awkward selection questions before they are asked.

  • Sessions planned from the shared drills library
  • Check players in and out, or mark the whole panel at once
  • Present, absent, late or excused, per session
  • Attendance history per player

Thursday session · 19 of 24 in

  • Seán O. Present
  • Niamh F. Late
  • Darragh L. Excused

Everyone signs in to the same club, and sees their own part of it

A coach opens Clubzone to their teams. A facility manager opens it to the grounds. Nothing is hidden behind a link that still works if you find it — the rules are checked on the server, on every request.

What each role can do
Role Sees What they do
Club admin One club Sets up teams, age groups and sports, invites coaches, and sees everything happening across the club.
Facility manager One club’s grounds Owns the pitches: creates them, sets availability, and can move or cancel any booking at the club.
Coach Their own teams Runs the panel — roster, training, fixtures, attendance, assessments and bookings for their teams only.
Player Themselves Sees their own fixtures, training, attendance and skill profile.
Super admin Every club Runs the platform across clubs, and is the only role that can see more than one.

iPhone and Android

Score the whole match with one bar of signal, or none

Half the pitches in the country have no coverage. The app keeps working: every tap is stored on the phone and sent up when you are back on the road. The server ignores anything it has already recorded, so a dropped connection never turns one goal into two.

  • Take attendance at the gate
  • Record a skill assessment on the spot
  • Reminders before fixtures and training, which each member can turn off

Offline

3 actions waiting

  • 19:42 Point Aoife M.
  • 19:38 Wide Cian D.
  • 19:31 Goal Róisín K.

These send themselves the moment you get coverage.
