Club Manager · Last updated September 2026
Club Manager is a sports club administration system operated by Granite Digital. Clubs use it to organise teams, training sessions, matches, tournaments, pitch bookings and player development.
These terms cover your use of the service. If your club has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Accounts are created by club administrators. Club Manager is not open to public self-registration, so you will have been added by someone at your club rather than signing up yourself.
You are responsible for keeping your password and any linked social login secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell your club administrator promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Accounts carry roles — player, coach, club administrator, facility manager — that determine what you can see and change. Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another club.
Your club decides what goes into Club Manager and who at the club can see it. For data protection purposes the club is the controller of that information and Granite Digital processes it on the club's behalf. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Content you enter — fixtures, scores, player notes, assessments — remains your club's. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
When using Club Manager, please do not:
Some pages — public scoring links and tournament boards — are deliberately reachable by anyone holding the link. Treat those links as semi-public and share them accordingly.
We aim to keep Club Manager available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, and we may change or remove features over time.
Club Manager is a coaching and administration tool. Do not rely on it as the sole record of anything your club is legally required to keep, or for anything safety-critical.
Your club administrator can remove your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms, and will tell the club why where we reasonably can.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Subject to that, Club Manager is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Questions about these terms can go to gary@granite.ie.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
