Club Manager · Last updated September 2026
Club Manager is a sports club administration system operated by Granite Digital. It is used by sports clubs to organise teams, training sessions, matches, pitch bookings and player development.
Accounts are created by club administrators. Club Manager is not open to public self-registration.
Name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, gender, profile photo, and the club and teams you belong to.
Where a club records it, we hold an emergency contact name and phone number, so that a coach can reach someone quickly if a player is hurt or taken ill. It is visible only to authorised staff at the player's own club.
We do not hold health information. Medical conditions, allergies and similar details belong in your club's own membership record — for a GAA club, that is Foireann — and are not stored in Club Manager.
Attendance at training sessions and matches, skill assessments and ratings recorded by coaches, coaching notes about a player, match events and scores, team selections, and pitch bookings made on your behalf.
Login timestamps, session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and — if you register a device for notifications — a push notification token.
Many players are under 18. Their records are entered and managed by club administrators and coaches, normally with the consent of a parent or guardian obtained by the club as part of membership registration. If you are a parent or guardian and want to see, correct or delete your child's information, contact your club, or us at the address below.
You can sign in using a Google account. When you do, Google tells us your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier. We use these only to match you to an account that already exists in Club Manager and to sign you in.
Signing in with Google does not create an account. If your email address is not already registered by a club administrator, you will not be able to sign in. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts, and we request no permission to do so.
We process account, contact and sporting information to provide the service to your club, on the basis of legitimate interests in running club activities and the contract between the club and its members.
Health and emergency information is processed to protect the vital interests of players and to allow clubs to meet their duty of care. Clubs are responsible for obtaining any consent required before entering it.
Access is limited to your own club. Coaches see the players on the teams they coach. Club administrators see members of their own club. Other clubs on the system cannot see your information.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the hosting and infrastructure providers needed to run the service, and where the law requires it.
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. We keep it for as long as you remain a member of a club using Club Manager, and for a reasonable period afterwards for club records. A club administrator can delete an account at any time.
You have the right to access your information, correct it, have it deleted, object to or restrict how it is used, and to receive a copy of it. Contact your club administrator first, since they manage the records day to day, or contact us directly.
If you are in Ireland you may complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
